- Helps fund job placement support for individuals facing barriers such as justice involvement or disability.

- Supports a full cycle of skills training and career coaching for one participant.
- Contributes to technology access, such as refurbished laptops or connectivity tools for virtual learning.

- Helps fund a full OA Navigator certification, enabling trained professionals to guide job seekers through personalized employment pathways.
- Supports job fairs or hiring events, connecting dozens of individuals with employers.

- Covers the cost to train two OA Navigators, multiplying impact across communities.
- Helps fund customized workforce development programs tailored to local labor market needs.
